What Are You Thinking Right Now?

WHAT ARE YOU THINKING RIGHT NOW ?

If it is true that thoughts shape your life, would you want what you were thinking right now to become a reality for you?

If it is a negative thought could you quickly CANCEL ERASE and REPLACE the thought with a positive thought? What you would want instead of that negative thought. So if you're thinking 'I don't want to lose my job' , CANCEL ERASE REPLACE that with 'I want to be successful and do well in my job' or 'I don't want to be fat' CANCEL ERASE REPLACE it with 'I want to be slim and healthy'.

Why CANCEL ERASE?

The unconscious mind does not process negatives so you have to do something first in order not to do it. Makes sense? When you say to a friend, 'don't turn now', what do they do? Exactly, so when you are saying you don't want something that's what your unconscious mind thinks you want.

Why REPLACE?

Because your unconscious mind is like a child if you take something away from it you need to give it something else to hold on to it or it will go right back to the old behaviour. That's right, the unconscious mind abhors a vacuum.

I have been asked if not focussing on the negative or replacing fears with a positive thought is being escapist and not dealing with it. So is being stuck due to fear or expecting the worst 'dealing' with it???

What is FEAR?

Would you pay interest on a loan you haven't yet taken out. Isn't fear much the same? You're paying for something that hasn't happened. If it does happen you will be living it twice and you probably attracted it by thinking about it so much.

If you went to a restaurant and ordered a few dishes and you realized that certain foods always make you ill, you might do it once or twice and then you will stay away from them, won't you? So with thoughts that make you ill and create problems and pain, you could do the same, couldn't you?

Whatever you plant in your unconscious mind and nourish with repetition and emotion will one day become a REALITY.
