A - Z for an NLP kind of life

A person is not their behaviour.

Behaviours are what we do with our emotions. Between what is said and not

meant, and what is meant and not said, most of the love is lost.

Change makes change.

Don’t want” does not lead to what you do want. Focus on what you want.

Every behavior has a positive intention and is useful in some context.

F-E-A-R: Forget Everything And Run OR Face Everything And Rise.

Gratitude is the antidote to fear and anger.

Holding on to anger is like grasping a hot coal with the intent of throwing it at

someone. Who gets burnt first?

If it's possible for someone, it's possible for me.

Judging makes us blind. It prevents us from seeing the good that lies beyond

appearances.

Kindfulness --> kindness + mindfulness. Start with yourself.

Learning is a gift, even when pain is the teacher.

Modeling success leads to success.

Now is when things can happen, so focus on the now, live in the present.

Our experience is not reality. Changing our experience changes reality.

Positive thoughts lead to positive outcomes.

Question to discover deeper truths.

Respect others model of the world.

Set goals!!! Someday leads to a town called nowhere…

There is no failure only feedback. Either you win or you learn.

Utilize the gifts you have.

Visualize your goals.

Whatever you plant in your unconscious mind and nourish with repetition and

emotion, will one day become a reality.

You have the potential for genius.

Zero in on your life’s purpose.
